In association with Oswestry Food & Drink Festival and The Walls Restaurant, we invite you to an evening with writer, food critic and presenter William Sitwell, who will be talking about  A History of Food in 100 Recipes.

William Sitwell, culinary expert on BBC2′s ‘A Question of Taste’ and editor of Waitrose Kitchen magazine, will take us on a colourful, whirlwind journey as he explores the fascinating history of cuisine. His book, A History of Food in 100 Recipes, is a celebration of the great dishes, techniques and above all brilliant cooks who have, over the centuries, created the culinary landscape we now enjoy.

A perfect lead in to this year’s Food & Drink Festival which takes place on 7th & 8th July.
